Most people can't take half a day off to sit in a waiting room. That's exactly why Extra Miles Auto Care works after hours, by appointment only.
1. Book your appointment
Reach out the way that's easiest for you — call or text (901) 871-6158, email ExtraMilesAutoCare@gmail.com, or request a time through the ARI online portal. Tell me the year, make and model, plus what you're noticing: sounds, smells, warning lights and when it happens.
2. Drop your keys
Park in the lot at 260 Moore Loop and leave your keys in the secure drop box. Put your name, phone number and a short note on the key tag or envelope. Drop off the night before, early in the morning — whatever works for you.
3. Diagnosis and approval
I'll inspect the vehicle and contact you with what I found, photos when they help, and an estimate. Nothing gets repaired until you approve it.
4. Pick up on your schedule
When the work is done you'll get a text or call. Your keys go back in the lockbox, so you can pick up whenever it suits you — even late at night.
