- 3Get a call or text with the diagnosis and estimate — approve before any work begins.

Common questions
What are your hours?+
Extra Miles works evenings and weekends, by appointment only. That way your car is serviced while you’re at home — not while you’re missing work.
How does key drop-off work?+
Once your appointment is set, park in the lot and put your keys in the secure drop box. Write your name, phone number and a short note about the problem on an envelope or tag.
How do I pick up my car?+
When the repair is done I’ll call or text you. Your keys are returned to the lockbox so you can pick up at any hour that works for you.
Will you do work without asking me?+
Never. You’ll get an explanation and estimate first — through a call, text or the ARI portal — and nothing is repaired until you approve it.
Can I wait while my car is worked on?+
Because this is an after-hours, appointment-only shop, there isn’t a waiting room. Key drop-off lets you skip the wait entirely.
